Michel Lecavalier has worked as Chief Financial Officer for medium and large, local and international companies, for most of his career, with extensive exposure to business acquisitions, expansions, restructuring, financing and tax planning and optimization. More specifically Mr. Lecavalier spent 20 years dedicated to acquisition of telecom licenses, deployment of mobile networks and project finance in China, India, Brazil, Eastern Europe and the Middle East-North Africa (MENA) region.
Most recently, Mr. Lecavalier served as CFO to Nordresa Inc, a Montreal start-up dedicated to development and commercialization of electric utility vehicles for over two years, before the company was acquired.
