highly motivated, results-oriented real estate professional with over 15 years of transaction experience and a graduate from Columbia’s Masters in Real Estate Development program. I am particularly passionate about the intersection of private capital and public policy regarding urban development, public transit & next-generation transportation modes, coastal resiliency and sustainability and really enjoyed developing my skills in a public service role at the NYCEDC.
Prior to enrolling at Columbia, for over 14 years, I was a strategic advisor to private and institutional real estate investors and occupiers. My experience spans trophy office towers, creative loft assets and life sciences properties and suburban office parks, logistics and manufacturing industrial assets, malls, strips and high street retail, and urban and suburban land development sectors across a broad geography with a particular focus on the Greater Montréal area.
Honesty and integrity are at the core of my business foundation as I believe that there are simply no substitutes and that professional and personal excellence is not a destination but a journey.
